At LoommiiBits, we aim to keep your shopping experience simple, transparent, and worry-free. Below is everything you need to know about our shipping and return policies.

Shipping Information

Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days. During busy periods such as holidays or promotions, processing times may be slightly longer.

Orders are shipped from our fulfillment centers, primarily located in Hong Kong and other parts of Asia, depending on product availability.

Estimated delivery time is typically 7–12 business days. During peak periods or high carrier volume, slight delays may occur.

To ensure faster delivery, some orders may be shipped in separate packages. If you receive multiple shipments, please don’t worry—your full order is on its way.

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. Flat shipping is $1.99, and orders over $19 ship free.

Delivery Guarantee

If your order has not arrived within 30 days and tracking does not show delivery, you are eligible for a full refund.

Even if the package eventually arrives after a refund is issued, you may keep the item.

While shipping is handled by third-party carriers and delays may occasionally occur, LoommiiBits takes responsibility for ensuring your order reaches you.

Taxes & Customs

All product prices are tax-inclusive.

The price you see is the final price—no additional customs duties, taxes, or import fees will be charged upon delivery.

Order Changes & Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled or modified within approximately 1–12 hours after being placed.

If your order has not yet been processed, we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled or modified.

Returns & Refunds

If your item arrives incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will review and provide a resolution if applicable.

Once an order has been shipped, returns are not available.

To maintain fair pricing, refunds are not supported for other reasons. Please double-check your selection and wrist size before placing an order.
